Betty L. (Nester) Hill, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully August 18. She was a 1957 graduate of St. Vincent School of Nursing. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Walter Lee; son David (Teresa) Hill, and daughter Diane (Billy) Evans; sisters Charlene (Bob) McNeeley, Mary Jane (Bob) Schloot, Nancy (George) Lennert. “Grandma B” is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren. A gathering to celebrate Betty’s life will be held on Sunday, August 20 from 2-6pm, with a memorial service at 4:45 P.M., at Harry Moore Family Mortuary, 8151 Allisonville Road.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Vincent Hospice or to the American Lung Association.
